A Day of Welcome Wins!
I have been back to work in a position with good benefits, especially good health insurance for my boys since Dec 1st. This has taken a TREMENDOUS load of my anxiety away. I enjoy productive work serving my community and this allows that.
This is also a good day for my nation politically domestically.
SMART Union worker (Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation) and father Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been released from ICE custody. A Judge ordered the release and ICE/DHS despite believing they are above the law of the United States - followed that order. Long time coming.

The Indiana State Legislature REJECTED Trump/Heritage/Evil's skewed gerrymandered map of their state despite Orange Julius threatening the good people who lived there and the services their taxes pay for.

Finally, ALL House Democrats and 20 House Republicans voted to RESTORE THE UNION RIGHTS TRUMP STOLE FROM ME AND MY BRETHREN in the Federal Service. They passed the PROTECT AMERICA'S WORKFORCE ACT.
I know there is still a long way to go - but this and other recent things (Miami election, polls, etc...) have gone a long way to restore some part of my faith in the American people. If we can de-billionaire our popular and social media and get our minds back, we might just right this ship.
