Denmark killings, Revisiting past writings....

In light of recent events in Denmark and Paris for that matter, I felt the need to re-post something from about a decade ago when I was in the Phillipines and I happened across some religious Muslims who had been given materials misleading them to believe that a series of offensive cartoons in that nation were #1) Actually more offensive than the cartoons that were published and #2) WAAAAAAY more popular in viewership and promotion than they were. I learned how folks would travel from place to place stirring up that false view of another people's culture in hopes in would trigger a response. It did.

Anyhow, here is a reposting of what I wrote back in 2006 on my old blog.

The things you learn in the Southern Phillipines.

I know what is up with the cartoon controversy. It all makes so much sense now. Really, I am not joking.

(For the record, there is an ongoing Muslim/Christian who-owns-what insurgency type thing in the Southern Phillipines and this is where I met some local Muslims (Who I would deem semi-moderate) who led me down the path of understanding the conspiracy that made this a world uproar.)

This may be the only worthwhile thing I have written:

The local Muslims here, like all clergy everywhere, has an intra-faith network where they exhange ideas and such for upcoming services. Usually these are just ideas that are gotten out just before Muslim Friday prayer. Just like with some religious extremists in the United States, this network is sometimes misapproriated to futher political goals. This is how the news of the (fabricated) cartoons were spread. This explanation and some names got me to the net cafe (even the crappy parts of this country are wired well) and I did some research.

Remember: They received descriptions, and have not seen the actual cartoons, since where would they get them? It is sinful to distribute those images among Muslims.

The key to this is a power/influence grab by Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Laban, who is described as having links to Jemmai Islamiyya (this is significant because it explains how this got spread to the Phillipines, since this group has many many ties here - including to MILF and Abu Sayyaf).

This Palestinian/Danish Imam has finished up a world tour as part of a delegation speading FABRICATED CARTOONS. That is right, starting in Palestine, stopping in Saudi Arabia, and the going around the world, these fabrications - which are kind of offensive - and the false responses to them (rousing anti-Muslim sentiment by readers) were used to stir up a movement. There is more about this at Typepad and of course Haganah with the Haganah site having An original letter from the delegation in PDF form.

Most Muslims out there who have seen the actual Danish-printed images have this view. I am thinking that the fabricated "Pig-Fucker" string of cartoons might be the things stirring this up more.

There is a second part to this:
Obviously most Arabic T.V. is not showing the images, and most Western news outlets have been pixelating them: Ergo - The fictional descriptions of these spread at Friday Prayers are the only thing they are going on.

One of the people calling for the news outlets to not actually show the cartoons: Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Laban

The person who called for the boycott of goods from nations that published the cartoon: Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Laban

The person quoted as saying "...mockery against Mohamed deserves death penalty.": Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Laban
-Remember that wording.

Next - Lets put those PSYOP skills to work:
Lets look at some recent images:

London, as the shitstorm broke

Notice the identical handwriting style on the placards. Notice the cuts done to the placards. These were not made hastily on the spot. These were made ahead of time, by one individual, and then disseminated to the already fired up crowd. This is not a grass roots demonstration. This is what we shady political insider types call "Astroturf" - a set up made to imitate a grass roots movement.

The messages written sound similar in tone to the Imam's, no?

Next from Jordan, as the shitstorm was underway:

Notice the pre-printed placards. Again, made ahead of time and disseminated as (or after) the crowd had assembled.

It only takes three or four of these astroturfed events to have copycats around the world. Creating an incident this size sure would put a certain Imam on the map among leaders as being able to play the game, right?

Eventually, the results became deadly but hey, what does Abu Asshole care? He is ON THE MAP BABY.

So in summation: "Muslims just going Apeshit again" is not the real story here. Muslims worldwide are being misled, by a fabrication, intentionally spread by one delegation, that is doing everything in its power to keep this fire burning.

The solution is to "out" Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Laban. Discredit him, his delegation, and stop someone this Machievellian from getting any more power.

The things you learn here...
