The Letter Carriers Union and Harvesters did a GREAT JOB with this year's food drive.
Prices increases and food assistance cuts have been a double whammy to communities needing food aid and I was lucky to contribute and to have some good volunteers in this year's STAMP OUT HUNGER food drive! Lots of hard work by good people for a good cause!
Graduation Celebrations went Great!
Seen friends and family out there this year with the new grads celebrating! Always makes me happy to see young people moving forward in their lives!
Record Number of Signatures Collected for RESPECT MO VOTERS Amendment!
Missouri has a provision to allow amendments by popular vote - the ONLY real progress that happens in this state happens from the People and not through Jefferson City. Minimum Wage Increases, Cannabis Legalization, Medicaid Expansion, and attempts at Campaign Reform all happened by way of the Voters. The Missouri Legislature HAS BEEN DOING EVERYTHING TO SLOW OR KILL OUR INITIATIVES. Very proud to be part of this and a supporter of this cause over the last months. Many worked long and hard hours but THIS IS THE MOST SIGNATURES EVER FOR AN AMMENDMENT to be on the ballot in Missouri. Good people who believe in the Missouri Motto "salus populi suprema lex esto" - The welfare of the people is the supreme law of the land"
Record Signatures from RESPECT MO VOTERS
DOJ Dropped all charges against the "Broadview Six" after making some VERY false and outrageous claims as part of the indictment and prosecution. These people were absolutely free to protest ICE abuses in their city and are all free to go and a BIG WIN for free assembly and free speech in the United States of America or al least in the city of Chicago!
